Andy Scott
Managing Director

With a lifetime experience in software solutions and business consulting, Andy is passionate about delivering results to clients that help them succeed. Building on knowledge and experience of process automation in the office of finance, and working in strategic partnership with some of the largest Accountancy and Advisory firms, he has an excellent knowledge of how to turn inefficiencies into a measurable return on investment.
Learning from others as well as from his own mistakes, Andy founded Calibrate and built a team with a shared understanding of how business can achieve a good return on investment by reviewing and improving process, and then adopting best practice. The next step is to harmonise the various elements of a company using the Odoo ERP solution.
A keen writer, frequently bad tennis player, with distant memories of being an ok rugby player, Andy lives in the West of Scotland with his long-suffering family; enjoying watching good sport, travel, and music.
Paul Harrison
Operations Director

With over 20 years’ experience in delivering ERP solutions to clients, Paul is focused on delivering success to customers. His background in Data Migration, Project Management, Business and Systems Analysis, Installation and Configuration makes him an expert in the Manufacturing, Warehousing and Distribution aspects of ERP systems.
Paul has much experience with Odoo Enterprise, working on many Odoo projects – and delivering success to our customers. At Calibrate ERP, Paul leads and delivers deployment of Odoo solutions e-commerce, retail, warehouse management, manufacturing, finance, projects, working closely with developers to make business requirements are properly understood, and the solution matches the need exactly as intended – even with the most complex concepts.
Outside the business, Paul revels in active hobbies of fell-walking and marital arts, and enjoys listening to great music.
Anne McCudden
Finance Director and Odoo Financial Consultant

Anne is a certified bookkeeper, Payroll Professional and has been running her bookkeeping and accountancy practice for the last 7 years. A Strathclyde Uni graduate in Applied Physics and IT, her career has spanned manufacturing, software development and project management before choosing to specialise in finance.
This combination of financial & accounting expertise and 20 years in software services, attracted Anne to a key role with Calibrate, advising clients on financial process automation and helping with implementation and training.

As well as being a valuable part-time member of the Calibrate team, Anne provides bookkeeping services to a range of businesses, and enjoys travelling, fitness and spending time with her family.
Patrick Isaiah

A creative individual with over three years’ experience as an Odoo functional consultant, helping different businesses to maximise their potential by streamlining their processes using Odoo ERP. With experience in software consulting and data analytics, Patrick enjoys reviewing and improving business processes, supporting businesses to run their day-to-day operations using an integrated software solution – Odoo as well as helping them gain invaluable insights with their operation’s data.
He is excited to be working at Calibrate ERP – an organisation which puts the satisfaction of customers at the forefront, as well as providing opportunities for employees to continually improve and develop their functional and technical skills to provide customers with exceptional service.
When he’s not coding or swearing at computers as a hobby, Patrick enjoys playing and watching football, tennis, basketball, traveling and music.
Shaun Farquhar

With a first-class honours degree in Business Technology, Shaun has a strong passion for both IT and business. Working with the all-encompassing Odoo ERP system has provided a rewarding opportunity to help small businesses prosper and grow by incorporating powerful IT solutions within their business model.
Certified in Odoo Version 15, Shaun works directly onsite with clients to analyse their business processes and ensure that our provided solutions can fully meet their specific requirements and needs.
Outside of business Shaun has a keen interest in history, science and music. An avid fan of various sports including boxing, MMA, professional wrestling and football. Shaun is a life long fan of Glasgow based football club and frequently enjoys attending weekend home matches, whilst partaking in the beautiful game himself on occasion, despite his lack of talent. He currently resides in the Glasgow area with his partner, much to her dismay.
Sophie Scott

Over six years’ experience in marketing roles in both B2B and B2C environments. A creative individual both professionally and personally, with a love for delivering creative and intuitive content no matter the audience.
New to the Odoo platform, but very much excited to be working with such a comprehensive ERP solution, and even more excited to see how Odoo continues to grow in the market place. Working with Calibrate ERP is a real opportunity to strengthen skills and help in delivering change and growth to our customers through our collective expertise.

Steve is a highly experienced board-level director with deep knowledge of Leading Beyond Authority and a track record of success and emphasis on digital disruption and its impact on the workforce. This has built a broad and diverse range of skills, experiences and achievements extending to the delivery of major digital transformation projects, report writing, road mapping and developing detailed strategies for culture change.
He delivered many digital strategies. road mapping and transformation courses around the world and holds a number of Board level positions in the public and private sectors.
Steve joins the Calibrate team to help Calibrate Odoo clients roadmap and stick to the objectives they have stated as the purpose for implementing Odoo as an essential vehicle in their journey to achieving their company’s goals.
