Campbell Meyer is an independent company based in the heart of Scotland passionate about maturing, blending and bottling Scotch whisky, for worldwide distribution for over 50 years.

Following guidance from a systems advisory practice, this proud Scottish company, transformed its business processes, and brought in Odoo from Calibrate to ensure efficiency, visibility, and control over operations. The next phase will see the roll-out of finance, marketing, and full inventory management, that will comply with Distillery regulations for HMRC and exporting.

Continuum is a UK and China-based company specialising in sourcing products in Asia to supply European, Australasian and African markets.

The John King Company are experts in the manufacture of mechanical handling equipment for the coal industry. 

With unrivalled experience in the production of highest quality cast link chains in ductile irons and steel, John King Chains have utilised the Odoo system with the help of Calibrate to integrate their accounting, increase efficiency and bring their multi-company manufacturing processes into one succinct space.

The market-leading craft websites, magazines and product provider in the UK and internationally.  Practical Publishing identified Odoo as the solution to bring together their back-office operations, finance, and the front-end customer experience. 

The company provides 250,000 crafters every month, with their 14 leading craft brands.  Founded in 2001 the company has evolved from publishing one craft magazine with a handful of staff, to producing a range of craft websites, magazines and products with a team of around 70 people.

The company is acknowledged for its innovative promotions and has direct manufacturing relationships with factories producing craft products in Asia, ensuring a continuous supply of market-leading added value gifts for its readers.  After years of implementing point solutions for each department, the head of finance recognised that Odoo could bring everything together under one umbrella, and chose Calibrate to help them on their Journey.

Safeguru is an e-commerce wing of a large UK safety products provider, best known for their 'A Safe' brand.  As part of the continued global expansion programme, the group selected Calibrate to implement Odoo Enterprise in the UK as the core ERP solution. 

Calibrate is working with the group’s software team to roll out Odoo across Safeguru operations in Europe and North America.

Representing the next generation of private launch vehicle manufacturers aiming to meet the demand for launch vehicles in the burgeoning small satellite market.

The Skyrora team selected Odoo version 15 in the early development of the company.  With Headquarters in Edinburgh and operations in Cumbernauld and Ukraine, Skyrora needs to maximise the return of investment in Odoo, and engaged with Calibrate to provide ongoing design, implementation, configuration, customisation and support and migrating to version 17.

Stitch the Gap is a not-for-profit social enterprise delivering a mental health and environmental impact at the grassroots of our communities. Like Calibrate, they have been selected for the RBS Accelerator Programme, and they were interested in what Odoo would do for their initiative.

“Unbelievable” was the post demo response, and Stitch the Gap quickly realised savings on the multiple apps they were using, and rattled up the website, event booking, e-commerce, contacts, crm.

Over many years Tan Delta has developed deep experience and know-how in relation to the monitoring of all types of equipment using real time oil condition monitoring. After stretching their existing systems as far as they could, the management team looked for a new end-to-end solution as a platform to grow their business.

After much consideration, and overcoming the fact that they had never heard of Odoo, Calibrate visited The Tan Delta team in Sheffield, for a Discovery session and then a demo, followed by several reference calls to existing clients. Starting in February 2024, they are looking to go-live with the accounting and core modules for the start of the new VAT quarter in April.

Tunderman is a European haulage logistics and distribution company with Head Offices in The Netherlands. The UK operation is based in Stepps near Glasgow, and whilst they have a central ERP solution, rolling out the warehouse logistics solution to the UK was prohibitively expensive. 

They decided on Odoo, and called on Calibrate to provide the configuration expertise to implement Odoo 16 to tightly manage inventory, and communicate with its key clients using the supplier portal.  A small project delivering true value.

Wagner Spirits is one of the world’s leading spirits distribution consultants and cask brokers within industry. They have been using Odoo for a while, doing everything themselves.
