Continuum is a UK and China-based company specialising in sourcing product in Asia to supply European, Australasian and African markets.  

The company originally worked with Odoo in China, and, more recently, employed the services of Calibrate to implement Odoo for UK operations.  Continuum has a team of focused executives who combine their talents and business interests to source, import and export to and from Asia, using Odoo to automate order-processing, inventory, accounting and more.

Glasgow-based JWF Group provides measurement and data management from world-leading instrumentation companies ABB, WIKA, Flexim, Dresser, Sensus, Red Seal, Itron and Canalta. The engineering team commissions and calibrates all instrumentation for customers. They have also devised meaningful data solutions to embed and support continuous improvement.

Founded in the early 1960s. JWF has grown organically, through partnership, and their most recent acquisition, Stream, from Oldham, gives the group a very strong and highly respected position in their market.

After the merger, they reviewed systems, with Microsoft Dynamics GP reaching end of life, and Sage in Stream no longer meeting requirements.  The natural progression was to unite the companies with a transition to Microsoft Business Central.  But when the Directors and investors saw Odoo from Calibrate, they switched their mindset to having everything in one place. The project covers Customer Relationship Management, Quotations, Products, Inventory, Assembly, Repairs, Accounting, Field Service, Projects, Timesheets, Expenses, Rentals, Document and Knowledge Management, Human Resources, Order Processing, and Quality Management.

The project is supported locally by Calibrate’s Odoo specialist consultants.

Is a 5th generation family run business looking to improve operations, accounting and marketing. Following evaluation of available options, the Board has decided to engage the Calibrate team to roll out Odoo Enterprise version 17 at Head Office in Leeds.

Pyramid specialises in the provision of Motorcycle Accessories. Following engagement with two larger Odoo partners, Odoo recommend Calibrate to help with improvements on Odoo Accounting. With specific guidance on GRNI and GINR, set up of the chart of accounts, and bank reconciliation, the certified accounting skills in the Calibrate team were put to good use, and we inherited Pyramid as an exciting addition to the growing Odoo customer base.

They upgraded from version 16 to version 18 recently.

Vantage Tags provides safety tags to customers in the energy industry. A young dynamic company, operating as part of a larger group, Vantage tags is replacing it’s QuickBooks solution to address the order-processing, inventory, logistics, customer relationship management, as well as accounting requirements.

The company is rolling out Odoo 18 as the foundation for growth.

Safeguru is an e-commerce wing of a large UK safety products provider, best known for their 'A Safe' brand.  As part of the continued global expansion programme, the group selected Calibrate to implement Odoo Enterprise in the UK as the core ERP solution. 

Calibrate is working with the group’s software team to roll out Odoo across Safeguru operations in Europe and North America.

Representing the next generation of private launch vehicle manufacturers aiming to meet the demand for launch vehicles in the burgeoning small satellite market.

The Skyrora team selected Odoo version 15 in the early development of the company.  With Headquarters in Edinburgh and operations in Cumbernauld and Ukraine, Skyrora needs to maximise the return of investment in Odoo, and engaged with Calibrate to provide ongoing design, implementation, configuration, customisation and support and migrating to version 17.

Stitch the Gap is a not-for-profit social enterprise delivering a mental health and environmental impact at the grassroots of our communities. Like Calibrate, they have been selected for the RBS Accelerator Programme, and they were interested in what Odoo would do for their initiative.

“Unbelievable” was the post demo response, and Stitch the Gap quickly realised savings on the multiple apps they were using, and rattled up the website, event booking, e-commerce, contacts, crm.

Over many years Tan Delta has developed deep experience and know-how in relation to the monitoring of all types of equipment using real time oil condition monitoring. After stretching their existing systems as far as they could, the management team looked for a new end-to-end solution as a platform to grow their business.

After much consideration, and overcoming the fact that they had never heard of Odoo, Calibrate visited The Tan Delta team in Sheffield, for a Discovery session and then a demo, followed by several reference calls to existing clients. Starting in February 2024, they are looking to go-live with the accounting and core modules for the start of the new VAT quarter in April.

Tunderman is a European haulage logistics and distribution company with Head Offices in The Netherlands. The UK operation is based in Stepps near Glasgow, and whilst they have a central ERP solution, rolling out the warehouse logistics solution to the UK was prohibitively expensive. 

They decided on Odoo, and called on Calibrate to provide the configuration expertise to implement Odoo 16 to tightly manage inventory and communicate with its key clients using the supplier portal.  A small project delivering true value.

The team is well respected in the life and property protection sector, and have taken their small company systems, spreadsheets and emails as far as they can. On the brink of anticipated well deserved acceleration in growth, they chose Odoo from Calibrate to create the foundations for growth.

Production of quotations, customer relationship management, and all of the commercial aspects of the business are the first drivers; then automating inventory, production. repairs and logistics will follow in a few months.
