AIC Heating UK Limited

Fife-based AIC Heating is an internationally recognised reliable specialist in the design, engineering and manufacture of stainless steel and titanium heat exchangers.  The Pan-European organisation were looking for a UK Odoo Partner to implement Odoo Enterprise, and customise their multi-contractor pipeline from quotation for all through, to delivery by the successful bidder.

After attending the Odoo Glasgow Roadshow 2023 in July, they asked Calibrate (event sponsors) to run the UK deployment of Odoo incorporating both the local preferred processes while also meeting corporate guidelines. 

Campbell Meyer & Company Limited

Campbell Meyer is an independent company based in the heart of Scotland passionate about maturing, blending and bottling Scotch whisky, for worldwide distribution for over 50 years.

Following guidance from a systems advisory practice, this proud Scottish company, transformed its business processes, and brought in Odoo from Calibrate to ensure efficiency, visibility, and control over operations.  The next phase will see the roll-out of finance, marketing, and full inventory management, that will comply with Distillery regulations for HMRC and exporting.

Continuum UK

Continuum is a UK and China-based company specialising in sourcing products in Asia to supply European, Australasian and African markets.  

The company originally worked with Odoo in China, and, more recently, employed the services of Calibrate to implement Odoo for UK operations.  Continuum has a team of focused executives who combine their talents and business interests to source, import and export to and from Asia, using Odoo to automate order-processing, inventory, accounting and more.

Greenwood Northern Ltd

Specialising in hedging and shrubs, the Fife-based company has grown as quickly and efficiently as the plants that it nurtures for clients.  Greenwood Northern approached Calibrate to implement, customise and configure Odoo after a combination of direct, offshore and in-house systems did not deliver the results the team were looking for. 

Calibrate helped refine inventory movements, accounting, all operations and order processing to help the company with continued growth.  Integrated e-commerce is the next step in what all parties hope will be a long and fruitful working relationship.

John King Chains

The John King Company are experts in the manufacture of mechanical handling equipment for the coal industry. 

With unrivalled experience in the production of highest quality cast link chains in ductile irons and steel, John King Chains have utilised the Odoo system with the help of Calibrate to integrate their accounting, increase efficiency and bring their multi-company manufacturing processes into one succinct space.

Nordimax Limited

Nordimax Limited, provides FIBC Bulk Bags to industry agricultural feeds and seeds, foodstuffs, industrial chemicals, aggregates & minerals, recycling and many more. 

Making their key products identifiable to market practices and configuring products with a common set of variants was the first challenge, and we are now working on automating the sales process and accounting as the company launches in the UK and Europe, with a very strong and experienced management team.

Provan Sports Ltd

Provan Sports in Glasgow provides professional football teams and amateur sporting clubs with kits tailored to the individual requirements of teams, players, coaches, and supporters.  Their customers include top pro clubs in Scotland and England, and their quality and standards are just as high for smaller local teams throughout the country. 

They implemented Odoo Enterprise as one of Calibrate’s first clients in May 2022.  Many of the current Pro clubs are using Shopify for online and shop retail sales, with Odoo back-end for production, inventory and order-processing.  Calibrate has integrated Odoo with the company’s current finance system and e-commerce systems with the aim of rolling out Odoo for all of their customers and all aspects of the Provan Sports business.

Safeguru UK Limited

Safeguru is an e-commerce wing of a large UK safety products provider, best known for their 'A Safe' brand.  As part of the continued global expansion programme, the group selected Calibrate to implement Odoo Enterprise in the UK as the core ERP solution. 

Calibrate is working with the group’s software team to roll out Odoo across Safeguru operations in Europe and North America.

Thrive Business Consultancy is a new business advisory firm in Glasgow helping businesses deliver the greatest value to their clients’ profitably, whilst building a sustainable and valuable business.

Moving away from several disparate systems, Calibrate implemented Odoo solutions from Accounting, CRM, Marketing, Website, through to specialised software to help Thrive deliver their services to SMEs more effectively.

Tunderman Ltd

Tunderman is a European haulage logistics and distribution company with Head Offices in The Netherlands. The UK operation based in Stepps near Glasgow, and whilst they have a central ERP solution, rolling out the warehouse logistics solution to the UK was prohibitively expensive. 

They decided on Odoo, and called on Calibrate to provide the configuration expertise to implement Odoo 16 to tightly manage inventory, and communicate with its key clients using the supplier portal.  A small project delivering true value.
